Frustrated, I realized that what we were doing wasn’t working. Instead of cutting calories further, we focused on adding nutrient-dense foods and smarter exercise strategies. That’s when the shifts began.
This experience made me see that weight loss is more complex than just "calories in, calories out."
So I got certified in functional lab testing to understand what’s happening inside my clients' bodies—hormones, digestion, detoxification—all crucial for metabolism.
